Dance-n-Fitness offers girls, boys and adults a variety of styles of dance including Pre-Ballet/Tap & Tumbling, Classical Ballet and Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Irish Step Dancing, High Kick Jazz/Funk, Belly Dancing, Samba, Dance Aerobics, Swing, Salsa, Ballroom, and Competition lines.

Our classes follow a 9 month program, September through May, that coincides with the school year. You may take a class or classes of your choice the first week to decide what or which one works best for you!

We have our annual 2007 Winter Expo…”The Nutcracker” on Saturday, November 17th, 2007 @ the Nfld. H.S. auditorium! We also have an annual Spring Recital at the end of May. We order our costumes and begin work on our recital choreography in January. At the end of May we celebrate our year of dance with our annual Spring Recital! For more information, see calendar.

Dancing complements all sports, and is by far the most enjoyable and efficient form of exercise! By embracing the capabilities of the entire body, all forms of dance provide the satisfaction of increased strength, coordination, and flexibility. This in turn leads to improved self-esteem, boosted confidence, and the rhythm, technique, and grace that comes from moving with music. We would love for you and your child to share in these experiences by becoming a part of our growing studio.
